Ramzi Ground Licorice – 1 kg

OVERVIEW :

How to Use:

Place a portion of ground licorice in a clean piece of cheesecloth and add a little water to moisten it (optionally, add a very small pinch of baking soda to adjust the color).

Fermentation: Leave it in the sun or a warm place for about an hour until it turns a dark black color.

Preparation: Soak the cheesecloth in very cold water, strain thoroughly, and serve chilled.
